As a Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist Assistant, she dedicated 12 years to guiding people through physical recovery, but deep down, she knew her journey was far from over. She craved something more—a way to help others not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.

Taking a bold leap of faith, Lise and her husband embraced a new adventure, becoming proud owners of a breathtaking Airbnb in Costa Rica. Surrounded by serenity, beauty, and the undeniable energy of nature, she felt a deeper purpose calling her. She realized that this place, this moment, was an opportunity to create something truly transformative.

Now a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, Lise is stepping fully into her purpose—offering retreats and healing experiences designed to help others reconnect with their divine energy.
