With all of our lives being so busy, its important to take time for ourselves and rejuvenate. Here are some simple techniques that we can all use to help reconnect and detox our minds:
Go for a walk in the park, neighborhood or along path.
Find a quiet place to meditate
Make it a low tech day
Stretch at home
Take a bath in Epson or sea salt

Attend a yoga class
