Great ways to detox your mind

With all of our lives being so busy, its important to take time for ourselves and rejuvenate. Here are some simple techniques that we can all use to help reconnect and detox our minds:

  • Go for a walk in the park, neighborhood or along path.

  • Find a quiet place to meditate

  • Make it a low tech day

  • Stretch at home

  • Take a bath in Epson or sea salt

  • Attend a Reiki session

  • Attend a yoga class

We all need time to ground ourselves and by doing this we can feel much more vitality in our daily lives. Some grounding techniques would be:

  • Step outside and plant your feet

  • Research "Abundance Mindset"

  • Do a tree/rooting meditation

  • Wear red clothing

  • Give yourself permission to rest
