Root Chakra

  • Wrap yourself in a red blanket.

  • Be mindful of your eating habits.

  • Give yourself permission to rest.

  • Begin something new.

Sacral Chakra

  • Indulge your creative side.

  • Eat orange foods.

  • Move your hips and get dancing.

  • Meditate with Carnelian crystal.

Solar Plexus Chakra

  • Make a list of your morals and values.

  • Use citrus essential oils.

  • Light a candle or go to a bonfire.

  • Create a self-care practice and honor what you need.

Heart Chakra

  • Release fears around loneliness.

  • Deep breathing exercises to open your chest.

  • Be mindful of your language towards yourself.

  • Bring plants into your space.

Throat Chakra

  • Tell someone about your purpose.

  • Tell people what you need.

  • Wear a blue scarf?

  • Call a friend or write a letter.

Third Eye Chakra

  • Eat eggplant, plums, blueberries, and purple cabbage.

  • Trust your intuition.

  • Give yourself a scalp massage.

  • Meditate, Meditate, Meditate.

Crown Chakra

  • Wear/keep Amethyst crystals.

  • Pay close attention to your thoughts.

  • Spiritual practice and prayer.

  • Release fear and control.

  • Do some energy work.

This is just name a few task we can all do to balance our chakra's and hold space for ourselves on a daily basis. From my experience it is important to take time for ourselves and check in with our bodies as we are all energy, and our soul speaks to us through this energy within and through our bodies.
